NTS provided Android terminals with installed applications and complete equipment (SD card, chargers for fast charging and connection to the vehicle and security brackets for installing the terminal in the vehicle) for their users.

In addition to individual locations, dispatchers can find the best route in the NTS desktop application (by connecting locations) and send them to drivers. After receiving the route on their Android devices, driving instructions are displayed.
Drivers can also use the navigation to find certain locations (not previously sent by dispatchers), as well as to search for the nearest facilities (eg rest areas, restaurants, gas stations, etc.) from their current location.
RECORDING TRAVEL COSTS
All costs incurred during the trip, drivers can record on their NTS Android terminal.
The entered costs are immediately visible to dispatchers in the NTS application, remain saved and grouped into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (or reports for any other selected time interval) by vehicle, driver and type of cost (eg fuel costs, toll, accommodation, etc.).
You can download the reports in pdf, xls and csv formats or print directly from the NTS application. An additional option of the NTS Android terminal is scanning paid invoices when entering them, which further reduces the time required to collect documentation, calculate per diems, and the possibility of losing invoices.
VEHICLE STATUSES
Statuses are a quick answer to the question of where the vehicles are currently located, what activity has started and how long it lasts.
Thanks to predefined options in the application such as driving, loading, unloading, customs, and traffic jams, drivers mark the beginning and end of activities with just one click on the terminal. This is how unnecessary communication is reduced, and dispatchers always have up-to-date information on all vehicles in one place. Users can add new statuses to further save on the time required to send messages or phone calls.
